Madeline Hernandez
Patients relation coordinator
Madeline Hernandez has been in the dental profession for 8 years. She is our
Patient relations coordinator as well as an expanded functions dental
assistant. Being knowledgeable in the clinical and business areas has been a
great benefit to the practice. Madeline is bilingual in
Spanish and English.
She assist you in all your dental needs from beginning to end!
Michele Youngson
Registered Dental Hygienist
Michele has bee n a registered dental hygienist for 12 years and is a class
of 1994 Delaware Tech graduate. She has been a member of The Delaware Dental
Hygienist Association since 1994 holding several positions including
treasurer since 2001.
Michele enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 2 children,
reading, being outdoors and scrap booking.
Kelly J. Irrgang
 Dental Hygienist
Kelly J. Irrgang is a 1998 graduate of Delaware Technical Community college and
has been practicing dental hygiene for 10 years. She enjoys instructing patients
on proper oral hygiene, nutrition and improving peoples smiles. She is enjoys
spending time with her husband and children. Kelly is an enthusiast of extreme
sports.
Barbara McCann
Dental Hygienist
 Barbara McCann is a 1991 Graduate of Community College of Philadelphia and has
been a practicing dental hygiene for 17 years. She recently joined our team at
Smile Brite as a fulltime provider. She provides quality and detailed care for
our patients. barb enjoys time with her husband and children, reading, camping
and photography.
